The water contains very high concentrations of calcium carbonate. As the mineral deposits coat the limestone rocks, it creates a coarse, sponge-like surface that prevents slippery algae from adhering. Your bare feet grip the rock firmly even in fast-flowing water.

Q. What should we wear and bring?

Wear swimwear or a quick-drying t-shirt and shorts. Bring a dry change of clothes, a towel, and slip-on sandals. You will climb barefoot for the safest and most exhilarating traction.

Q. Are there changing rooms, bathrooms, and food stalls?

Yes! The national park provides clean, free restrooms, shower stalls, and changing rooms. Near the entrance parking lot, local food vendors sell grilled chicken, som tam, drinks, and fresh coconuts.
