• Trip Itinerary Preferences & Date: To schedule the optimal vehicle and route.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or marketing third parties. We share only the minimum necessary information with:

• Your Assigned Professional Driver: Provided only with your name, pickup time, hotel address, and route details on the day of your service.
• Essential Communication & Payment Gateways: Secure messaging APIs and banking processors to confirm bookings and issue payment receipts.

3. Passenger Privacy & In-Car Discretion

Under our Her Driver Respect Code, our chauffeurs are strictly trained to maintain complete passenger confidentiality. Conversations, travel schedules, and personal moments within the vehicle are held in absolute confidence. Drivers will not ask intrusive personal questions or share your itinerary with anyone.

4. Data Security & Deletion Requests
