Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can shift. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. You will receive a 100% full refund with zero cancellation penalty fees.

Need to change your travel date? You can reschedule your trip date or modify your pickup time free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle and driver schedule availability.

Your safety is our absolute priority. If official park authorities or police close mountain roads (e.g. Doi Inthanon summit, Mae Kampong, or Mon Cham) due to severe weather, heavy rain, or landslides, you may choose between:

• Rescheduling to an alternate day free of charge
• Changing to an alternative safe lowland itinerary
• Receiving an immediate 100% full refund

Want to stay a little longer at a scenic cafe or evening night market? Our overtime policy is completely flat and transparent:

Overtime is calculated after your scheduled duration (up to 9 hours for Full-Day, up to 5 hours for Half-Day) and is paid directly to your driver at the end of the trip.

For hotel pickups, your driver will wait up to 45 minutes after the agreed pickup time. For airport arrivals at Chiang Mai International (CNX), your driver will track your flight status and wait up to 60 minutes after flight touchdown. If you encounter flight delays or baggage issues, simply notify our concierge via WhatsApp/LINE so we can adjust the waiting time accordingly.
