1. Service Scope & Vehicles
Her Chiang Mai provides private chauffeured vehicle charter services throughout Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand. All vehicles are strictly 100% smoke-free (including e-cigarettes), air-conditioned, commercially insured, and regularly sanitized.
2. Her Driver Respect Code
Every chauffeur adheres to our concrete 6-pillar code of conduct:
- Zero Flirting & High Discretion: Complete respect for personal privacy without unsolicited intrusive questioning.
- Identity Verification in Advance: Driver photo, full name, phone number, and vehicle license plate sent prior to pickup.
- 100% Your Itinerary: Zero forced shopping stops, zero kickbacks, zero unwanted commission detours.
- Dining & Spa Personal Space: Drivers wait at the vehicle or pre-arranged meeting spot during your meals and cafe visits.
3. Transparent Inclusions & Exclusions
Included in Daily Charter: Clean private vehicle, courteous driver, 100% full-trip fuel, door-to-door hotel pickup/drop-off, and high-speed in-car phone charging.
Excluded: National park entrance fees (e.g. Doi Inthanon ฿300 foreigner / ฿60 Thai), temple tickets, personal meals/beverages, and overtime beyond agreed hours (฿300/hour).
