How a female driver request works
- 1. Tell the concierge. Add the request when you submit the trip on the website, or message WhatsApp, LINE OA (@herchiangmai), WeChat, or KakaoTalk.
- 2. Availability is checked first. Female drivers are available upon request, subject to the schedule. This is a request, not a guarantee at the moment you write.
- 3. Confirmation comes before payment. The concierge confirms whether a female driver can be assigned before you pay.

- Full-day private charter: from THB 2,490 per vehicle (7-seater MPV THB 3,290).
- Half-day: from THB 1,890 (7-seater MPV THB 2,590).
- Airport transfer: from THB 590 (7-seater MPV THB 890).

Included, and not included
The published rate includes the private vehicle, a vetted professional driver, full-trip fuel, standard road tolls, normal parking, luggage assistance, and in-car charging. There are no hidden booking fees. Attraction tickets, national park entrance fees, meals, a licensed guide, special valet parking, overtime beyond the booked hours (THB 300 per hour), and driver gratuity are not included.
Vehicles are smoke-free, including tobacco, vape, and cannabis. For advance bookings, the site says the driver's name, photo, phone number, vehicle model, and license plate are sent 24 hours before pickup. For same-day bookings, those details are sent when the driver is assigned.
